In To Lunch provide a variety of set food catering
menus made from carefully sourced ingredients and local
produce.
If you have any questions about our catering,
hopefully you will find the answers here, if not,
contact us and we will answer them as quickly as we
can.
How do I order?
We request that all food orders are placed online to
ensure the swift and timely processing of your food
order.
By Website
We have made placing your food order via our website as
easy as possible.
If you already have a credit account, you can
place your food order in as few steps as possible.
If you don't have a credit account, you can still
place your order online but you will need to supply us
with a little more information so that we know where
your food order is going and who to bill and how payment
will be made.
All orders will be confirmed by email or a phone
call.
Can I order the same day?
Of course you can. We pride ourselves in being able
to supply food promptly and for last minute office
catering requirements where necessary.
If you call us as soon as possible, on 01737
789088, then we can confirm that we can cater for your
requirements.
Please be aware that some food menus may not be
available at such short notice and we do make a 10%
additional charge to cover late catering requirements.
Can you cater for special dietary requirements?
Yes we can. Our experienced kitchen staff are
familiar with special dietary requirements and can cater
for vegetarian, vegan, wheat free or any other dietary
need.
Please mention this when placing your order over the
phone or in the special requirements field when placing
your food order online.
How do I pay for my food order?
There are four ways to pay for your
food order from In To Lunch.
Select the payment type when placing your order and
we will confirm the total amount of your food order to
you.
By Cheque on Delivery
If you could have a cheque prepared for when we
deliver your food order please.
By Cash on Delivery
If you could have the exact amount waiting for us
when we deliver your food order please as we can't
guarantee that we will have the exact change with us when
we arrive.
By Credit Card
Paying by credit card is not a problem and most
credit cards are accepted.
Your credit card payment will be taken over the phone
although we will be able to take credit card payments
via the website in the not too distant future.
We always confirm your order by email before
requesting payment.
Please note that there is a 2% surcharge on credit
card orders.
By Credit Account
This is by far the most convenient way to place an
order as we will already have your food delivery and
office billing details on record.
If you don't have one already,
open a credit account with 30 days terms.
How do I open a Credit Account?
Opening a credit account is easy, just
complete the form and we will do the rest so that you
can start placing placing your food orders online.
