In To Lunch Terms and Conditions
1. Placing a Food Order Online with In To Lunch
Please place all food and catering orders online with
the
Food Order Form.
All orders will be confirmed by email.
Payment can be accepted by cash or cheque on delivery
or by credit card over the telephone. Please indicate
your preferred method of payment when placing your
order. Please make cheques payable to 'In To Lunch
Limited'. There is a 2% surcharge on credit card orders.
To make the ordering process more efficient, please
apply for a
Credit Account which will allow you to submit your
orders via the
Food Order Form much more quickly. Credit
account terms are 30 days. Late payment will incur a
surcharge.
If your food order is required on the day,
please call the office on 01737 789088 first before
placing your order.
Any late food requests are subject to acceptance by
In to Lunch and a 10% charge.
Some food items and menus may not be available at
short notice and we reserve the right to modify platters
to satisfy your order.
All information must be supplied if requested. In to
Lunch cannot be held responsible for mistakes caused by
inaccurate or misleading information, or by information that is not
supplied.
2. Alterations and Cancellations
If a buffet is cancelled on the day, a full charge
will be made. We will still deliver the buffet to you as
you are paying for it. We require 24 hours notice for
cancellations. The cut-off time is 12 noon and should be
by phone, followed by a confirmation email.
3. Delivery Times
Our first delivery is from 11.45. We try to deliver
the buffets as near to the required time as possible,
ensuring the food does not sit around in un-refrigerated
areas for too long.
4. Black Platters & Bowls
It is our intention not to charge for Platters. We
have labelled them, that they are not disposable and
that we will collect them when we make our next delivery
to your premises. They must not be put in a dishwasher.
If platters go missing, we reserve the right to make a
charge.
5. Plates, Napkins & Glasses
Disposable plates and napkins are supplied with all
buffets and plastic glasses with drinks, when requested.
Crockery, glass and cutlery are also available at an
extra charge.
6. Payment Terms
Orders can be paid for by Cash or Cheque on delivery
or by Credit Card over the phone.
Credit Account customers have payment terms of 30
days. Late payment will incur a surcharge.
7. Minimum Order Value
All our prices quoted in the menu are exclusive of
VAT. We do not make a delivery charge (except Breakfast
menus), but have a
minimum order of £30.00 exclusive of VAT.
8. Breakfast Menu Minimum Order Value
Inside five mile delivery radius there is a minimum
order value of £50.
Outside of five miles, there is a £15 delivery
charge, or a minimum order value of £120.
9. Acceptance of Terms
Your use of
www.in-to-lunch.co.uk is subject exclusively to
these terms and conditions. By using this website you
confirm that you accept these terms and conditions. If
you do not accept these terms, please do not use this
website.
10. Changes
In to Lunch reserves the right to:
a. Change, add, remove or
alter any part of this website at any time without
notice and that In To Lunch will not be liable for any
changes.
b. Alter these terms and
conditions at any time and your continued use of the
website shall confirm acceptance of these changes.
c. Substitute any food
items for any menu on the website dependent on the
availability or sourcing of ingredients.
d. Substitute ingredients
or food items for your order dependent on availability
of ingredients on the day.
11. Copyright
All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual
property rights on this website and its content are
owned by or licensed to In To Lunch Limited.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold In To Lunch Limited
and its employed from and against all liabilities, legal
fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in
relation to any claims or actions brought against In To
Lunch arising out of any breach by you of these terms
and conditions or other liabilities arising out of your
use of this website.
13. Severance
If any of these terms and conditions should be
determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforcable for
any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then
such term or condition shall be severed and the
remaining terms and conditions shall survive and remain
in full force and effect and continue to be binding and
enforcable.
14. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the law of England.
