Terms and Conditions
Bookings
The earlier the better! All
bookings should be emailed through, giving a purchase
order number (if needed), delivery day and date and
ideal time for delivery. We try to deliver as near to
this time as possible). How may people, which menu and
whether you require Fruit bowls and drinks, plus an
address for the invoice.
Alterations and Cancellations
If a buffet is cancelled on the
day, a full charge will be made. We will still deliver
the buffet to you as you are paying for it. We require
24 hours notice for cancellations. The cut-off time is
12 noon and should be by phone, followed by a
confirmation email.
Delivery
Times Our first delivery
is from 11.45. We try to deliver the buffets as near to
the required time as possible, ensuring the food does
not sit around in un-refrigerated areas for too long.
Black
Platters & Bowls It is
our intention not to charge for Platters. We have
labelled them, that they are not disposable and that we
will collect them when we make our next delivery to
your. They must not be put in a dishwasher. If platters
go missing it may be necessary to
make a charge.
Plates,
Napkins & Glasses
Disposable plates and napkins are supplied with all
buffets and plastic glasses with drinks, when requested.
Crockery, glass and cutlery are also available at an
extra charge.
Payment Terms
We would appreciate payment made
within 28 days from the date of the buffet, preferably
by BACS. Please ask for banking details.
minimum order value
All our prices quoted in this menu are exclusive of VAT.
We do not make a delivery charge, but have a minimum
order of £20.00 exclusive of VAT. |
